TLS

The target domain administrator has configured his Domain not to accept Transport Layer Security (TLS) without authentication.

a) your source domain administrator will configure your servers to NOT send mails using TLS - which is less secure and not really best practice.

b) the administrator of the target domain will have to change their configuration to match common practices.

Without saying who is right or who is wrong, I personally would prefer option b.
